Hi, I'm Molly

As a double-certified pediatric sleep consultant with a background in nursing and midwifery, I help parents move from exhaustion to confidence. My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and tailored — never one-size-fits-all.

The Rest, Recover, Thrive approach grew out of my belief that sleep is not a luxury-It's the foundation of healing, confidence, and wellness. I created this framework to remind mothers that  their needs matter too. When we prioritize rest and recovery, we create space for joy, peace and growth in family life. Every Sleep plan I design is more than a schedule; it's a path toward restored confidence, calmer days, and thriving little ones.

With over a decade of experience in labor & delivery, postpartum care, and midwife, I bring both the professional expertise and compassionate approach to every family I serve. I've walked iwth countless mothers though birth, recovery and the early weeks of newborn life, and I understand just how much rest impacts not only babies but the entire family

When you invite me into your family's story, my role is not just to guide sleep but to come alongside you with encouragement and practical support. Together, we'll build steady routines that bring peace to your nights and confidence to your days. My greatest joy is seeing mothers rediscover their strength and families experience thriving life they were made for.

healthy sleep habits that bring rest to your little one and your whole home

You will find me at home with my 16-year-old and our golden doodle, enjoying quiet evenings, long walks, and time in nature. My 20-year-old is away at college, so we treasure trips to visit him — especially if it means a weekend in the mountains or a chance to travel together as a family. These days, my joy is found in a hot cup of coffee, cozy evenings at home, and soaking up this stage of motherhood — different than the little years, but just as meaningful.
