Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I should expect to see results?  

Most families begin to notice improvements within just a few nights, and many see significant changes within 1–2 weeks. Every child is unique, but with consistency and support, progress usually comes sooner than parents expect.

How often will we communicate?  

You’ll have daily text support Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–9 PM. Depending on your package, you’ll also have scheduled calls to review progress and adjust the plan.

Do you use a “cry it out” approach?

No — I don’t use traditional “cry it out.” While some tears can happen with change, my approach is gentle, responsive, and always tailored to your child and your family.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes! I’ll be available for check-ins and continued guidance while you implement your child’s sleep plan. There are even options to add on overnight support if you desire that level of involvement.
