You’ll have daily text support Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–9 PM. Depending on your package, you’ll also have scheduled calls to review progress and adjust the plan.
No — I don’t use traditional “cry it out.” While some tears can happen with change, my approach is gentle, responsive, and always tailored to your child and your family.
Yes! I’ll be available for check-ins and continued guidance while you implement your child’s sleep plan. There are even options to add on overnight support if you desire that level of involvement.
