Hi, I’m Molly — And I Believe Your Family Deserves to Sleep

By Molly Collins Bagwell | Sweet Sleep and Wellness

If you have landed here, chances are you are exhausted.

Maybe you have been up since 3am. Maybe bedtime took two hours again last night. Maybe you are running on coffee and a prayer, wondering if you will ever sleep through the night again — or if your baby ever will.

Friend, I see you. I have sat across from hundreds of mamas just like you. And I am here to tell you — it does not have to stay this way.

My name is Molly Collins Bagwell, and I am the founder of Sweet Sleep and Wellness. I am a former Labor and Delivery and Postpartum nurse turned certified baby and toddler sleep consultant. But more than any title or credential — I am a mama who deeply understands what it means to pour yourself out completely for your family, and how desperately you need rest to do that well.

How I Got Here

My journey to sleep consulting did not happen by accident. It was shaped by years of sitting beside new mamas in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

As a Labor and Delivery and Postpartum nurse, I watched families leave the hospital with their precious new babies — exhausted, overwhelmed, and often with very little support for what came next. The sleepless nights. The feeding struggles. The complete and total shock of newborn life.

I saw firsthand how desperately sleep deprived parents needed guidance, reassurance, and a real plan — not just generic advice or a one size fits all approach. Every baby is different. Every family is different. And every sleep plan should be too.

That deep belief is what eventually led me to create Sweet Sleep and Wellness — a place where exhausted families could find compassionate, personalized, expert support on their baby and toddler sleep journey.

What I Believe About Sleep

I believe that babies WANT to sleep. They truly do. They just sometimes need a little help learning how.

I believe that sleep training does not have to mean hours of crying. It does not have to mean choosing between your breastfeeding relationship and your sleep. It does not have to be traumatic for your baby or for you.

I believe that gentle, consistent, personalized approaches work — and the results my families experience prove it every single day.

And I believe that a rested mama is a better mama. Not because you are not enough when you are exhausted — you absolutely are — but because you deserve to feel like yourself again. You deserve to enjoy this season instead of just surviving it.

What Makes Sweet Sleep and Wellness Different

When you work with me, you are not getting a cookie cutter sleep plan downloaded from the internet. You are getting me — fully present, fully invested, and fully committed to your family’s success.

Here is what that looks like:

A personalized sleep plan built around your baby’s unique needs, your family’s goals, and your parenting philosophy. We work WITH you, not around you.

Real time support — I text with my families through bedtime and naptime because I know that the hardest moments happen in real time and you deserve support right then, not tomorrow.

Ongoing availability — sleep regressions happen. Nap transitions happen. Life happens. I am not here just for the two weeks of sleep training and then gone. I am here for your family’s whole sleep journey.

Compassion and zero judgment — whether you are a breastfeeding mama, a co-sleeping family, a twin parent, or a single parent flying solo at bedtime — you will never feel judged here. You will only feel supported.

A Little About Me Beyond the Business

I am a mama first. I have two boys who have taught me more about love, patience, and the desperate need for sleep than any textbook ever could.

I am a woman of deep faith. God’s fingerprints are all over this business and this calling — and I do not take lightly the trust families place in me when they invite me into their most intimate, exhausted, vulnerable moments.

I am also someone who has walked through hard seasons and come out the other side with more compassion, more groundedness, and more passion for this work than ever before. I practice what I teach — self care, rest, healing, and showing up fully for the people who need me most.

I share that because I want you to know that I am not just a sleep consultant. I am a real person who genuinely cares about your family’s wellbeing — not just their sleep schedule.
